Paul I. Weiner is a court certified mediator in both state and federal courts for over twenty (20) years.  He provides cost effective settlement and mediation services.  He has a ninety (90%) percent settlement rate by representing employees and employers.  He provides a neutral approach in mediation.

Paul I. Weiner is an accomplished Employer and Labor Lawyer and has been practice in that field for forty-five (45) years.  He has represented from Fortune 100 companies to the individual employee.  Mr. Weiner was honored by his peers with his election as a New Jersey Super Lawyer for his expertise as an Employer and Labor Lawyer.

Mr. Weiner has been a Member of well-known law firms, as well as Corporate Labor and Employment Counsel for such establishments as Nabisco Brands and GAF.  Mr. Weiner has experience representing employers as well as employees in Employment and Labor Litigation.

Paul I. Weiner is also a well-known speaker in the field of Employer and Labor law and for thirty (30) years served as the Chair of the highly regarded Employment Discrimination Litigation program for the Practicing Law Institute.  He has written articles for innumerable of the most well respected legal publications and is co-author of the best-selling text Wrongful Termination A Preventive Approach.  Mr. Weiner has also been a guest speaker on CBS news, MSNBC, Channel 12 news and numerous radio talk shows.  He has been quoted in the New York Times, the Star Ledger, the Bergen Record and other news publications.

Mr. Weiner’s practical experience and legal know-how provide unique opportunities for employers and employees in both the prevention of legal complications as well as in providing guidance and representation in legal matters when they arise and as a mediator.
